Hello, my name is Cindy Lape. I am a member of the Lancaster Multiple Listing Service, the Columbus Multiple Listing Service, the Ohio Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Lancaster Fairfield Chamber of Commerce.  Elected by my peers, I have served the Lancaster Board of Realtors as Vice President (2006), President Elect (2007), President (2008), Past President and Director (2009), and Chairperson of the Professional Standards Committee (2010-2011).

My professional sales efforts have been recognized by the Lancaster Board of Realtors as a recipient of the prestigious Diamond Award 2009-2010, four Platinum Awards, and one Gold Sales Award in the past seven years.  During the same seven years I received the Ohio Association of Realtors’ President’s Award of Achievement. These awards resulted from the successful closing of hundreds of transactions, involving tens of millions of dollars in total real estate sales for my residential and commercial clients.
