Meet Jeff Sauer, the Lead Commercial Realtor of Anderson & Co. Realtors LLC -Commercial Division. Jeff Sauer has spent the past 35+ years in different facets of the real estate business. He has been in the residential field as an agent, office manager and broker. In recent years he worked for Bob Evans and White Castle as a Real Estate Manager, traveling extensively to cover most of the Eastern United States securing new restaurant sites. His focus for the past several years has been the Commercial Real Estate Market in the Lancaster and Fairfield County area.
Jeff is originally from Coshocton, Ohio and graduated from Otterbein College in Westerville in 1971. He is an active member of the First Presbyterian Church in Lancaster, the Lancaster Rotary Club 375, the Fairfield 33 Development Alliance, Main Street Lancaster and also on the Economic Restructuring Committee of Main Street Lancaster. His professional affiliations include the Lancaster Board of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Lancaster MLS, the Columbus MLS and the Central Ohio Commercial Information Exchange.
